Dear Colleague,
Jacobs and Associates, LUISS Guido Carli University and the LUISS School of Government, and The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) invite you to participate in our 5-Day Applied Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) Training Course on the principles, procedures, and methods of RIA. This practical, hands-on, course replaces the course previously offered since 2006 by Jacobs and Associates with the College of Europe in Bruges. This RIA course, by highly experienced public policy and RIA trainers, is expressly designed for policy officials and executives who use RIA to improve policy results, and private companies who wish to use RIA methods to communicate with government regulators.
The course will benefit anyone using RIA in environmental, social and economic fields as well as stakeholders such as business associations, NGOs and consultants who want to understand better how to use RIA constructively. The course is open for subscription worldwide and is presented in the heart of Rome on the LUISS campus.

LUISS is a private Italian university located in the heart of Rome. The Luiss School of Government (SoG) was established to train high-level public and private officials who handle political and government decision-making processes. Its goal is to prepare the managerial élite to work within public and private organisations (local, national and supranational), so that they can develop, set and assess public policies and political choices. The SoG strives to be the centre of education of a new Italian and international elite specialized in public affairs. See http://www.luiss.edu/
The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), founded in Brussels in 1983, is among the most experienced and authoritative think tanks operating in the European Union today. CEPS serves as a leading forum for debate on EU affairs, but its most distinguishing feature lies in its strong in-house research capacity, complemented by an extensive network of partner institutes throughout the world.
